Our flatwork ironers are the product of our specialized experience in designing and making flatwork ironing machines over the years. In our ironers, high contact ratio (about 300 degrees) of the heated roll linen contact has been achieved. The linen is dried economically and thoroughly by the time it reaches the delivery table. This also provides quality, finish and high productivity.

The operation of our ironing machines is so simple that even an untrained worker can operate them very easily

Main Drive : The main drive motor, which is equipped with the frequency inverting reducer, is mounted on the side face of the right side frame. The reducer-equipped motor, which is installed on the side of the right frame is reduced in its speed by its inverter. The rotation of each roll is actuated by the roller chain as well as the V-Belt. As all the rollers rotate in relation to one another they keep load to a minimum, which consequently reduces the running cost of our machines. All the driven controls are in the right hand frame.

Electrics : Standard voltage is 200 / 220; Standard frequency is 50 / 60 Hz 3 phase. Other voltages are available on request.

Steam: The steam inlet is fitted at the top of the back of the left hand frame. The steam outlet is beneath the inlet. Steam pressure is 5 kg / cm2 ~ 10 kg / cm2. The steam trap is built into the ironer as standard equipment to ensure dry steam supply and increase drying efficiency.

The finger guard is placed over the feed band and it stops the machine immediately when pushed slightly.

Floor Space :This amazing ironer occupies very little floor space. IT is the result of our efforts in making full use of three dimensions, particularly of height, to economize floor space. The unique characteristics of the single series are that the finished lines are delivered at the same end as the feed end but to the lower table, enabling more economic use of space.
