The “Strongman’ SM-type Semi-Automatic side loading washer is especially designed for heavy duty service in all types of installations as the most economic and easy operation washing machine.

All operations are entirely governed by push button control to save operating time and labor. Heavy gauge, stainless steel tub and cylinder, rugged one-piece cast iron frames guarantee trouble free operation and durability against hard usage.

The models are furnished with Magnetic reverse controller, Laundry timer, Buzzer, Water level tube, and Foot- operated drain valve.

Water supply to be manual.

Power transmitted from the drive motor, through the speed reducer, to the main cylinder sheaves by V-belts. Cylinder revolution speed with four reversals per minute.

Control

• A laundry timer, automatic “Start” and “Stop” push buttons, inching RIGHT and REVERSE buttons, a buzzer and a thermometer are mounted on the right front end of the washer.
• A water level tube and water inlet valve are provided. Hot water inlet valve and steam inlet valve are provided optionally at extra cost.
• A treadle operated drain valve is provided at the center bottom of the tub sheet.
• A door limit safety switch is provided.
